Davison Racing Stables is pleased to secure Lot 82, a big, athletic colt by Bivouac out of the Perfectly Ready mare Raneen, at the Inglis Breeze Up Sale.

This colt comes from a proven family, with his dam Raneen producing three winners from five runners, including Group 3 winner Shining Gem (by Makfi), who has raced in Hong Kong, and fellow Hong Kong performer Dragon Star.

He's by exciting young sire Bivouac, a champion sprinter and three-time Group 1 winner who earned over $5.6 million on the track. His success at stud is already headlined by superstar Beiwacht, winner of three Group 1 races including the Golden Rose, All Aged Stakes and Memsie Stakes.

Our colt breezed up in an impressive 11.2 seconds despite showing plenty of greenness. Importantly, he scoped and X-rayed clean.

He's a big, raw, athletic type who will benefit from time and maturity. With his half-brothers both winning over a mile, there's plenty to look forward to as he develops.

BOBS eligible and ideally placed in the Southern Districts, he'll have access to some fantastic NSW racing opportunities, with the Country Championships, Highway Handicaps, Country Boosted races and Super Maidens all potential targets as he progresses.
